All Elite Wrestling’s “All Out” Event comes to us Live this Sunday, September 4th, 2022, from the Now Arena in Chicago at 8 pm on Bleacher Report (“Buy-In” show at 7 pm). Here are who the Experts on the Eastern Observer’s “Essential Wrestling Podcast,” sponsored by ProWrestlingPickem.com, are Picking for this event.

**AEW Championship**

**Champion JON MOXLEY vs. CM PUNK**

“I have no idea what to expect here. Was all this ‘backstage tension’ crap to make us think Punk was done, only to turn him into an underdog for a big pop when he wins in Chicago? As lame as that is, I can’t think of another reason to repeat this match, which sucks for Mox after all the excellent mic work he’s put in during this feud.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: CM PUNK

“The crowd should have signs saying ‘IF PUNK WINS, WE RIOT’ after everything that’s happened, but all those mouth-breathing Chicago smarks will be cheering for him. It’s hard to pick against him in his hometown, but I’m going to. Hopefully, Tony K takes his head out of his *bleep* and books this one correctly. Give me Mox.” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: JON MOXLEY

“I’m so lost with this, but that makes the match so interesting. In my opinion, all the hype with Punk having ‘heat’ backstage, and he’s not happy, and blah blah blah, that’s all work. Great job by TK and AEW for creating buzz and making a storyline with CM Punk feel real. So with that, all signs for me point to Punk regaining the title in a match he’s not supposed to win on a bum ankle in his hometown.” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

**BRYAN DANIELSON vs. CHRIS JERICHO**

“The American Dragon came to AEW for two reasons; to keep wrestling full-time and to help ‘put over young talent. Jericho is the last guy who needs the rub, so I think Danielson should win here.” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: BRYAN DANIELSON

“Now that we’ve seen Daniel Garcia cost Jericho to eat a Psycho Knee in almost the same scenario I thought would play out to cost him this match. I feel it will go the other way, and Garcia will get it right this time and help Jericho win. I don’t know what a Jericho win does for anyone, but I know Danielson’s ego won’t get in the way if they ask him to put Lionheart over.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent.

**Interim AEW Women’s Championship**

**TONI STORM vs. HIKARU SHIDA vs. DR BRITT BAKER, DMD vs. JAMIE HAYTER**

“My girl Toni would have won against Thunder Rosa, and the result here should be no different!” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: TONI STORM

“It should be an entertaining match! I hope they shine! I was picking Toni to win originally, so I’ll just stick with that plan.” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

**AEW Tag Team Championship**

**Champions SWERVE IN OUR GLORY vs. THE ACCLAIMED**

“While I don’t detest the Acclaimed to the degree, I did a year ago, and I still don’t think they need a title run right now when their feud with the Gunns doesn’t even feel wrapped up yet.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: SWERVE IN OUR GLORY

“I have the champs retaining after interference by the ‘Butt Brothers.'” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent

**Casino Ladder Match for AEW World Championship Match**

**CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI vs. WHEELER YUTA vs. PENTA EL ZERO M vs. REY FENIX vs. DANTE MARTIN vs. ANDRADE EL IDOLO vs. RUSH vs. (The Joker)**

“Unless the Joker is Adam Cole, the only one that makes sense to me here is Andrade. Mox or Punk vs. Andrade is a legitimate World Title / Main Event feel you can have at Grand Slam.” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

Pick: ANDRADE EL IDOLO

“If you want the ROH Championship to look strong, then you book Claudio to win this one. I’d love to see an Adam Cole return here, but that’s wishful thinking. Castagnoli wins, and we look forward to a champ vs. champ situation.” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI

“When I thought this was for a TNT title shot, I went with Andrade. Now that it’s a world title shot, I think this is an excuse to let someone jump the line in rankings, so I’ll go with “???” (not that I have a decent guess as to who that might be). W. Morrissey would work well in this spot, but giving away his re-debut only to plug him into this Joker spot doesn’t feel like something they would do, so I’m holding out for another surprise.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: THE JOKER

**AEW Trios Championship Tournament – Final**

**THE ELITE vs. DARK ORDER & ADAM PAGE**

“Here’s your feel-good moment of the show. The Dark Order should win this, the group has been around since AEW’s inception, and Adam Page has been an honorary member for quite a while. Kenny and the Bucks don’t need this on their resumes.” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: DARK ORDER & ADAM PAGE

“The Dark Order has ‘Raw Rolluped’ their way through this Tournament, and I love every minute! I’ll take Johnny Hungie rolling up Kenny Omega for the Tournament Win and First Ever Champs!” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

**WARDLOW & FTR vs. JAY LETHAL & THE MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS**

“This match makes no damn sense. Give me FTR vs. the Machine Guns for one of FTR’s three sets of titles or none at all. That’s a dream match! But neither the TNT Champ nor the Triple Tag Champs is eating a pin here.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: WARDLOW & FTR

“Wardlow is untouchable right now. Even in a six-man tag, I still can’t imagine him losing.” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

**AEW TBS Championship**

**JADE CARGILL vs. ATHENA**

“I don’t feel like this is the time to pull the trigger on Jade losing. Athena would be a good choice to do it. But I’d rather have someone beat Jade in an absolute shocker that no one will see coming. Anna Jay at Double or Nothing would’ve been a great time to do it! That would have shocked the world. Athena is a better talent than Jade, so they’ll want to have her on Jade’s resume of victories.” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

Pick: JADE CARGILL

“The honeymoon period is over for Athena. Time for her to lose to Jade and take her rightful place on Dark.” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent

**JUNGLE BOY vs. CHRISTIAN CAGE**

“Is this how the 25-year-old Jungle “Boy” becomes a man & graduates to Jungle Jack Perry? Meh, that works for me. Should be a hell of a match either way.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent

Pick: JUNGLE BOY

“Jungle Boy needs this victory more than anyone on the card, so I’m going with him.” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: JUNGLE BOY

“Show Stealer Alert! I loved this feud! And this match will be everything anyone could want out of these two. Too bad a Luchasaurus re-heel turn ruins everything! Christian has Worked Everyone again!” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

Pick: CHRISTIAN CAGE

**MIRO, STING & DARBY ALLIN vs. HOUSE OF BLACK**

“We’ve only seen Miro in the ring three times in the last six months, so if he’s coming back to be a full-time part of this roster, I think he does so with a win here. Plus, he’s got Sting & Darby by his side, who rarely lose when they team up for a PPV.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent

Pick: MIRO, STING & DARBY ALLIN

“I get it’s a big pay-per-view, and you must get as many people as you can on the show. And Sting is a draw. Fine. As long as this eventually leads to a one-on-one between Miro and Malakai Black, preferably at Grand Slam, that’s all I want.” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

**RICKY STARKS vs. POWERHOUSE HOBBS**

“This one stumps me, but since Starks is wrestling on Rampage, I guess they’re not playing up the injury storyline. So I’ll say Starks uses this as a springboard for a nice babyface run.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent.

Pick: RICKY STARKS

“Ricky seems to be getting a good old-fashioned face push, and it’s too early in the process for failure. Starks steals this one with a roll-up!” – John Smith, EWP Correspondent.

**AEW All-Atlantic Championship (ZERO HOUR Match)**

**Champion PAC vs KIP SABIAN**

“Welcome back, Kip, but I can’t see Pac losing his first live defense of this title, especially after Kip helped cost Death Triangle their spot in the Trios Tournament.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent.

*AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship (ZERO HOUR Match)**

**Champions SAMMY GUEVARA & TAY MELO vs ORTIZ & RUBY SOHO**

“Big win on Friday night for Ortiz and Ruby to earn this title match. Maybe they have plans to wrestle for AAA in the future and defend these titles? I’m leaning towards no. Plus, people are hating Sammy and Tay right now. Let them continue to piss people off.” – Al Karl, EWP Host.

**(ZERO HOUR Match)**

**EDDIE KINGSTON vs. TOMOHIRO ISHII**

I know these two had a brutal slugfest at Capital Collision in May, which Ishii won. But with absolutely no build, is Ishii here just to return the favor? No. Kingston’s one of those guys who seemingly never really needs a win unless it’s a deep storyline.” – John D’Aconti, EWP Correspondent

**FTW Championship (ZERO HOUR Match)**

**Champion HOOK vs. ANGELO PARKER**

“Yeah, no.” – Al Karl, EWP Host
